Bitcoin On its 9th Birthday hits all-time high after CME Group says to launch futures

 Bitcoin clocks 9 years old today happy birthday to BTC. Bitcoin jumped to an all-time high above  ₦2.3 Mln ($6,300) on Tuesday, following the world's largest futures market operator CME Group said it'd launch a controlled trading venue for cryptocurrencies in the fourth quarter of 2017. 

The brand new futures contracts will soon be settled in cash, on the basis of the CME'CF Bitcoin Reference Rate,' a once-a-day reference rate of the U.S. dollar price of bitcoin, the business said.
The buying price of bitcoin jumped to as high as ₦2.32 Mln ($6,338.60) in accordance with trade website Coindesk's price index, which aggregates the costs quoted across several exchanges. Which was up from around 2.27 Mln ($6,215) prior to the news.
On the Luxembourg-based Bitstamp exchange, bitcoin jumped to as high as ₦2.33 Mln ($6,376), up almost 4 percent on the day.
Bitcoin has surged in value by around 555 percent to date this year.
